Jack Dryden is a counsellor in the UK with over 10 years of experience in helping adults and young people with challenging presenting problems that are often difficult to talk about. Trained primarily in person-centered theory, Jack has a Level 5 advanced diploma with distinction which is the culmination of a five-year training pathway. Jack believes in a holistic and integrative approach to therapy which takes into consideration the many interrelated factors in a person’s life. With particular experience in helping people overcome trauma, bereavement, and work-related stress, Jack also has additional training in dissociative identity disorder, repressed and false memory, and counselling adult survivors of sexual abuse.
