My name is Sadie Paulucy and I am an (MSc) Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (BACP Accredited), and a registered member of the BACP. As an integrative therapist, I am able to utilise a range of therapeutic modalities such as Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Theory, Compassionate Focused Therapy, and Transtheoretical model approach, which allows me to cater to the needs of every individual. I have studied counselling and human psychology since 2014, as I am passionate about the human mind and body and helping individuals understand their emotions, feelings, thoughts, and behaviours. I work with people from all walks of life and have experience in a wide range of human issues such as trauma, domestic abuse and sexual violence, and self-esteem issues. I engage in monthly clinical supervision and regular CPD training to ensure that I am equip with modern-day practices, knowledge, and therapeutic tools to support you in therapy. Often, we encounter difficult life events which can leave us feeling stuck, confused, and alone. Taking the brave step to engage with therapy can help you to explore repressed feelings, unresolved issues, and past traumas in a safe space. Therapy can furthermore allow you to process personal conflicts on a deeper cognitive level, which can ultimately improve self-awareness, achieve self-acceptance, and enhance psychological well-being. My professional aim is to empower, enlighten, and offer an alternative and non-bias perspective for you to consider on your therapeutic journey. I hope this introduction has provided you with an insight to my professional background and I look forward to potentially working with you in the near future.
