Joanna Bober

I am a psychologist and systemic psychotherapist currently undergoing training. I combine three years of clinical experience gained at the Institute of Psychoeducation with seven years of working in Polish and international corporations. I support adults and couples in finding balance in their relationships and professional lives. My work is based on authenticity, empathy, and an individual approach, because I believe that every story requires a separate roadmap. This gives me a deep understanding of the mechanisms of burnout and the stress associated with working in a dynamic environment. I also specialize in working with anxiety, depression, relationship crises, and neurodiversity. I support clients in developing mental resilience, emotional regulation skills, and coping with stressful or crisis situations. In the therapeutic process, I use a systemic approach, which I enrich with DBT, CBT, IFS, and ACT tools. I work online, in accordance with the Psychologist's Code of Ethics and under regular supervision, ensuring the highest standards of therapy.
