Aslı Tanel

Aslı Tanel, a sociologist and certified psychotherapist, received a full scholarship to complete her double major education at Yeditepe University's Sociology and Psychology departments, both taught in English. During her undergraduate education, she did internships in many psychological counseling centers and worked as a research assistant on a project for the European Union. She studied through the Erasmus program in Krakow, Poland. She completed her master's degree in Clinical Psychology for Individuals, Families and Organizations at the University of Bergamo in Italy with a full grade of 110/110 and a high honors degree. In her master's thesis, she examined the correlation between online dating apps and difficulty in emotion regulation & borderline personality traits. She works with both adults and couples, focusing on psychodynamics with adults and Gottman Couples Therapy with couples.
