About

She graduated from Girne American University, Department of Psychology (100% English), with honors. Then, she completed her master's degree in Clinical Psychology (Adults) at Işık University with a thesis on "The Relationship of Dark Triad Personality Traits and Self-Esteem with the Causes of Romantic Jealousy" as an honors student and became a psychologist. During an exchange program, she studied Psychology at Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania for 6 months and worked in the USA for 4 months to practice the language.She did internships at Antalya Training and Research Hospital, Surp Pirgiç Armenian Hospital, and Moodist Psychiatry and Neurology Hospital. Afterwards, she worked as an Assistant Psychologist and Translator Psychologist with various patient groups at Moodist Psychiatry and Neurology Hospital. In addition, as a Volunteer Psychologist at KAÇUV, she conducted art therapy activities with children with cancer at Sarıyer Hamidiye Etfal Hospital. She is currently working as a full-time Clinical Psychologist for a non-governmental organization. She has been developing and mentoring Mental Health and Psychosocial Support projects such as Qudra, Clip 2 and MHPSS and conducting psychotherapy sessions in Turkish and English.She completed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Level 1), EMDR 2.0, the International Trauma Studies Certificate Program, and various psychological testing trainings, and received over 200 hours of supervision from five different supervisors.
