Η Νικολέτα Πνευματικού είναι Ψυχολόγος (MSc), απόφοιτη του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης με άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος από το 2017. Έχει ειδικευτεί στην Εφαρμοσμένη Κλινική Ψυχολογία στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Bath στην Αγγλία, και είναι μέλος του Συλλόγου Ελλήνων Ψυχολόγων (ΣΕΨ) και του Βρετανικού Συλλόγου Ψυχολόγων (BPS).
