About

She has always been passionate about being able to help and support others, to empower them, offer them a new perspective on life and help them to look at things differently, a change from their own way of seeing things that may not presently be healthy for them. In the early training and practice in individual therapy through DePaul, Grace to Graces, Hestia charity and Sofalive Counselling Centre, it gave her the opportunity to gain wide knowledge and to support adults and young people experiencing difficulties with self-esteem, depression, relationship issues, trauma, confidence, stress, panic attacks, sexual issues, anxiety, emotional and verbal abuse, suicidal attempts, self-harm, domestic abuse and violence. Having some unpleasant or unwanted thoughts that give us feelings of pain rather than joy and not having someone who will understand without judgment, listen to us can be hard but it's normal we have those thoughts or feelings, as we are all humans. It's alright to seek help if you want a change in your life. She believes that no matter what we have been through in life, every one of us with the right support and their motivation for a change has the power to discover that light in their lives and be able to shine. We all have the possibility of a change, of becoming the best version or ourselves, if we want to and if we are given the correct opportunity and support.
