Η Στυλιανή Μαρία (Μαριλιάνα) Ζάκκα είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Ψυχολογίας του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (ΕΚΠΑ), ενώ κατέχει μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο (MSci) στην Κλινική Ψυχολογία από το Hellenic American University (HAU), με ειδίκευση στη Γνωσιακή Συμπεριφορική Θεραπεία (ΓΣΘ/CBT). Διαθέτει επιπλέον κατάρτιση στη Συμβουλευτική, τον Επαγγελματικό Προσανατολισμό και το Mentoring. Στις συνεδρίες, χρησιμοποιεί συχνά το Minfulness (Ενσυνειδητότητα) και την Ολιστική προσέγγιση, καθώς ολοκληρώνει μετεκπαίδευση στην Παιδοψυχολογία με Ολιστική Προσέγγιση. Αυτή τη στιγμή σπουδάζει σε ένα 2ο μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα στη Νευροψυχολογία και τη Γνωσιακή Νευροεπιστήμη.
